We do our best to ensure all products listed on our store are available.

However, from time to time certain fragrances may become unavailable.

Calencia Scents reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products if necessary.

While we work hard to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate, slight variations in packaging, colour, or presentation may occur.

In the unlikely event that a product you purchased becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

• We will notify you as soon as possible.
• Your order may be fulfilled once the item is restocked, or
• A store credit or refund may be arranged at the discretion of Calencia Scents.

 3. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change from time to time, but any confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price paid.

To ensure efficient order processing:

• Full payment is required before orders are processed or dispatched.
• We operate on a payment-before-delivery policy.

Orders will be prepared and shipped once payment has been successfully confirmed.

4. Quotations

Any quotations issued by Calencia Scents are valid for 7 (seven) days from the date they are provided.

After this period, pricing and product availability may change.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Calencia Scents currently operates as an online-store, and therefore we do not offer in-store collections.

Delivery is handled by trusted courier partners such as The Courier Guy or other selected courier services.

• Delivery fees are calculated separately according to standard courier rates.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once parcels are handed over to the courier:

• The delivery process is managed by the courier company.
• While Calencia Scents will gladly assist in resolving any courier-related issues, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
• Customers are kindly asked to ensure that delivery information provided is accurate to avoid delays.

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations:

• Perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with unfortunately cannot be returned.
• We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic proof so that we can investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

All refund or replacement requests are subject to review.

7. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Fragrances may react differently on each individual’s skin.

Customers are encouraged to check product suitability and test fragrances responsibly. Calencia Scents cannot be held responsible for:

• Allergic reactions
• Skin irritation
• Personal scent preference dissatisfaction

8. Gift Cards (E-Gift Cards)

E-Gift Cards are issued once full payment has been received.

• A unique serial number will be generated and provided after payment confirmation.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The purchaser is responsible for keeping the serial number secure.

Calencia Scents reserves the right to cancel or investigate any suspicious or potentially fraudulent gift card transactions.

9. Special Promotions

From time to time, Calencia Scents may run special promotions or limited offers.

• Promotions are valid while stocks last.
• Offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions if necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Calencia Scents cannot be held responsible for:

• Indirect or unforeseen damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In all cases, any liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the product purchased.
